Hello, my name is Anna.

I create colorful worlds with my illustrations. I lived in beautiful Alaska, where the winters are long and the summers are short but immensely gorgeous. Now I live in coastal North Carolina, with hot weather, salty beaches, and lots of year-round flowers.

I mostly create in watercolor - I love how independent it is and I enjoy seeing which path it chooses. I add some mixed media when I need to bring in more magic to my illustrations. All my art is hand-painted by me. I don't utilise AI in any of my artwork.

I am not exactly a self-taught artist. I attended numerous art courses and learned from some of the best artists and illustrators, such as a successful children books illustrator Elina Ellis, fine artist Tracy Lizotte, surface pattern designer Rachael Taylor, and many others.

Each of them helped me define a favourite technique, but my style remains the same - happy and whimsical art.

I am greatly inspired by the nature around me and by my love for flora and animals.
